Last minute party? 
In case of “cake emergency”, feel free to give me a call and I will do my best to help.

Important

• Please bear in mind that cakes are fragile and sometimes heavy. They are heat sensitive and don’t like road bumps. They also need to be hold from underneath and stored flat in your car if driving (NOT on the passenger's seat!) and in the fridge afterwards (food safety).

• Delivery costs are:
  - £8 within the following postcodes: W3, W4, W5, W7, W13 and TW8
  - £21 in West/Central London.

• You can choose to have your cake delivered to your home, office or any venue. Please be accurate with your address and contact details to make sure the delivery runs smoothly.

• I am not responsible for any damaged cake once you have left our premises or once delivered.

• If you need to change your delivery address, I require a 24-hour notice. Make sure to email me to confirm the new address. 

• If you are not here to take the scheduled delivery, I will have to re-arrange a delivery time and you will have to pay for a second delivery. In case you are not able to arrange a second delivery, you still will have to pay for the order. I can’t accept last minute cancellation based on missed deliveries.

• If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify me at least 3 days in advance by email or by phone. If I don’t get the cancellation notice in time, I will not be able to accept your cancellation.

• Please note that Croquembouche cannot be delivered: collection only.
