Banoffee Layer Cake
This Banoffee Cake is made of 3 layers of vanilla sponge cake with chunks of banana, a delicious caramel sauce and a fluffy vanilla whipped cream. It's packed with comforting flavours yet not too sweet, such an indulging treat!
This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety).
Please leave at room temperature about 30 minutes before eating it.
Please avoid collecting the cake in advance as it tastes better when it's freshly baked.
4 sizes available:
- Small: 15cm/6" cake for approx. 8 people
- Medium: 20cm/8" cake for approx. 16 people
- Large: 25cm/10" cake for 30 people
- 2 tier cake: a medium and a small cake stacked on top of each other for approx. 25 people
Please note that I need to get your order at least 3 days in advance.
Bear in mind that if I have already received too many orders, I may be unable to accept yours.
Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.
