Black Forest Gateau
Tradition, tradition, here we come with a Back Forest Gateau!
Chocolate, cherries, chantilly and a hint of kirsch, we all have so many memories coming with this cake.
My version is not too boozy and not too sweet for a flavourful balance between chocolate, cherries and cream. Enjoy!
2 sizes available:
- Small round shape: 18cm/7" for 6-8 people
- Large round shape: 22cm/9" for 8-12 people
This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety).
Please note that we need to get your order at least 3 days in advance.
Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.
