In France, the traditional family celebration dessert is a “croquembouche” which is a pyramid of caramelised pastry choux,  filled with vanilla cream.

It’s smooth and crunchy… it's succulent!

It definitely has the wow factor to make any special occasion a great memory!


2 sizes are available (we usually estimate 3-5 choux per person):
- Small: approximately 20cm high with about 55 caramelised choux filled with pastry cream, for 10-15 people.

- Large:  approximately 35cm high with about 110 caramelised choux for 25-35 people


The croquembouche has to be stored in a fridge for food safety reason. You might need to remove a shelve or two in your fridge.


Please, bear in mind that a croquembouche is highly heat sensitive and fragile. Therefore it is only possible to collect it from our kitchen: NO DELIVERY, collection only.

    Please note that for croquembouche, we need to get your order at least 5 days in advance.
    Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.
