In France, the traditional family celebration dessert is a “croquembouche” which is a pyramid of caramelised pastry choux filled with vanilla custard.
It’s smooth and crunchy… succulent!
It definitely has the wow factor to make any special occasion a great memory!
The croquembouche is approximately 35cm high with about 110 caramelised choux filled with pastry cream. It is perfect for 20-30 people.
Please, bear in mind that a croquembouche is highly heat sensitive and extremely fragile. Therefore it is only possible to collect it from our kitchen: NO DELIVERY, collection only.
Please note that for croquembouche, we need to get your order at least 5 days in advance.
Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.
