In France, the traditional family celebration dessert is a “croquembouche” which is a pyramid of caramelised pastry choux, filled with vanilla cream.
It’s smooth and crunchy… it's succulent!
It definitely has the wow factor to make any special occasion a great memory!
2 sizes are available:
(We usually estimate 3-5 choux per person)
- Small: approximately 20cm high with about 55 caramelised choux filled with pastry cream for 10-15 people.
- Large: approximately 35cm high with about 110 caramelised choux for 25-35 people
This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety). It needs room as it's high! You will have to remove a shelve in your fridge .
Please do not collect this cake in advance as it tastes better when it's freshly baked.
Please, bear in mind that a croquembouche is highly heat sensitive and fragile. Therefore it is only possible to collect it from our kitchen: NO DELIVERY, collection only.
Please note that for croquembouche, I need to get your order at least 7 days in advance.
Bear in mind that if I have already received too many orders, I may be unable to accept yours.
