Chocolate, Pear & Caramel Layer Cake
A moist 3-layer chocolate cake with chunks of pear, a smooth caramel sauce and a not too sweet vanilla chantilly for a nice balance and a bit a freshness. This cake is surprisingly light and packed with comforting flavours.
This cake needs to be kept in a fridge (food safety).
Please leave at room temperature about 20 minutes before eating it.
3 sizes available:
- Small: 15cm/6" cake for 6-8 people
- Medium: 20cm/8" cake for 8-14 people
- Large: 25cm/10" cake for 16-24 people
Please note that we need to get your order at least 3 days in advance.
Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.
