A moist 3-layer chocolate cake with chunks of pear, a smooth caramel sauce and a not too sweet vanilla chantilly for a nice balance and a bit a freshness. Believe me, it's amazing, light and packed with comforting flavours.

3 sizes available:

- Small: 15cm/6" cake for 6-8 people

- Medium: 20cm/8" cake for 8-14 people

- Large: 25cm/10" cake for 16-24 people
