Hazelnut Layer Cake

The hazlenut cream in this cake is so light and fluffy, it's an addictive delight! 

Thanks to the praline, it tastes a bit like the French Paris-Brest.


This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety).
Please leave at room temperature about 20 minutes before eating it.


3 sizes available:

- Small: 15cm/6" cake for 6-8 people

- Medium: 20cm/8" cake for 8-14 people

- Large: 25cm/10" cake for 16-24 people

    Flour, sugar, eggs, cream, vanilla, baking powder, salt
    Hazelnut chantilly
    Cream, mascarpone, praline 
    Meringue (egg whites, sugar), roasted hazelnuts
