Hazelnut Layer Cake
The hazlenut cream in this cake is so light and fluffy, it's an addictive delight!
Thanks to the praline (a little bit like a rich and sweet hazelnut spread) combined with whipped cream, it tastes a bit like the French Paris-Brest and it is delicious.
This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety).
Please leave at room temperature about 30 minutes before eating it.
Please avoid collecting the cake in advance as it tastes better when it's freshly baked.
4 sizes available:
- Small: 15cm/6" cake for 6-8 adults
- Medium: 20cm/8" cake for 8-14 adults
- Large: 25cm/10" cake for 16-24 adults
- 2 tier cake: a medium and a small cake stacked on top of each other for 14-22 adults
Please note that I need to get your order at least 3 days in advance.
Bear in mind that if I have already received too many orders, I may be unable to accept yours.
Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.
