Mango & Coconut Layer Cake

A 3-layer coconut sponge cake with a mango chantilly (lighter and fluffier than buttercream!), mango chunks and desiccated coconut. The perfect cake for a bit of exotic flavours!


This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety). Please leave at room temperature about 30 minutes before eating it!


3 sizes available:

- Small: 15cm/6" cake for 6-8 people

- Medium: 20cm/8" cake for 8-14 people

- Large: 25cm/10" cake for 16-24 people

    Each cake is carefully hand-made and will look similar to the pictures but may not be totally identical.

    Flour, butter, sugar, coconut oil, coconut milk, desiccated coconut,  baking powder, salt
    Mango chantilly
    Cream, mascarpone, mango puree
    Mango chunks
    Meringue (egg whites, sugar), mango chantilly, desiccated coconut
