Millefeuille, which literally means "thousand sheets" in French, is made of a slightly caramelised puff pastry and a smooth and light vanilla pastry cream. It's creamy, crunchy, flaky... it's delicious!


Please note that you will need a small serrated knife to cut this cake. Or use a bread knife. But a regular knife would inevitably make a mess!


This cake needs to be kept in a fridge (food safety). Please leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes before eating it!


2 sizes:

- Small: 20X10cm / 8X4" for 4 people

- Large: 20X20cm / 8X8" for 8 people
