Millefeuille, which literally means "thousand sheets" in French, is made of a slightly caramelised puff pastry and a smooth and fluffy vanilla cream. It's creamy, crunchy, flaky... it's delicious!
Please note that you will need a serrated knife to cut this cake (or a bread knife). A regular knife would inevitably make a mess when you cut it.
The millefeuille is at its best when it's very fresh! Please avoid to collect this cake in advance (to eat on the following day for example)
This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety).
- Small: 20X10cm / 8X4" for 4-6 people
- Large: 20X20cm / 8X8" for 8-10 people
Please note that we need to get your order at least 3 days in advance
