Millefeuille, which literally means "thousand sheets" in French, is made of a slightly caramelised puff pastry and a smooth and fluffy vanilla cream. It's creamy, crunchy, flaky... it's delicious!
Please note that you will need a serrated knife to cut this cake (or a bread knife). A regular knife would inevitably make a mess when you cut it.
This cake has to be stored in a fridge (food safety).
Please do not collect this cake in advance as it tastes better when it's freshly baked.
- Small: 20X10cm / 8X4" for 4-6 people
- Large: 20X20cm / 8X8" for 8-10 people
Please note that I need to get your order at least 3 days in advance.
Bear in mind that if I have already received too many orders, I may be unable to accept yours.
