The Paris-Brest is one of the most famous patisserie in France, made with chou pastry topped with roasted hazelnuts for a bit of crunch and a silky and fluffy hazelnut buttercream.
This delicious cake has been created in 1910 to illustrate the cycling race from Paris to Brest (about 600 kilometers/450 miles) in France.
- Small: for 4-6 people (approx. 15cm/6" diameter)
- Large: for 8-12 people (approx. 20cm/8" diameter)
